It should be noted that any copyright considerations with converting and copying these recordings remain the responsibility of the customer and the customer will be asked to sign a declaration within the Copyright section of the contract to relieve Caecilian Music Services of any consequences of breaching copyright as a result of such work undertaken. To reassure you, copies entirely for your personal use present no problem as far as copyright is concerned and that is a condition under which Caecilian Music Services will undertake work of this nature.
